We are always accepting applications from experienced bakers, millers, kitchen and customer service professionals, and delivery drivers. Please send us your resume and we’ll contact you for availability!

What we’re looking for in our team

We love to connect with others who share a love for this line of work whether it is related to sourdough, milling, baking of any kind, bread, pastry, sales, delivery driving, or generally being in a commercial kitchen.

Our company is readily evolving and so are our staffing needs. Between expanding our milling operation and opening up more wholesale routes, we are glad to get to know folks interested in being a part of our team to help realize our vision and goals.

We care deeply about what we do. We want folks to join us in it who bring with them a care for community, local food, and quality. A love for learning is appreciated; demonstrated passion for craft baking a plus. All in all, that’s what we’re going for at Mountain Oven.

We are currently hiring across all departments in our bakery.
